Highland employs one full time paramedic Service Director, and one full time paramedic Assistant Service Director. The residents of Highland's member towns are fortunate to have neighbors who give so much of their time to provide emergency medical services to their communities. Highland is proud of the professionalism and care with which Highland's EMT's perform their duties.
During the day Highland always has a paramedic crew in station ready to respond to medical emergencies.
During evening and nights hours Highland has a paramedic on duty at the station until midnight, after midnight Highland utilizes a scheduled on-call force to respond to medical emergencies.

- 4 EMT – Intermediates
- 14 EMT – Paramedics
